My (hometown) boy Nigel Hawthorne gives a fantastic performance as the title character in this film. I enjoyed the film but felt I would have truly loved it in its original medium as a stage play. Still, entertaining and glimpse at England as she loses hold of one of her colonies and the political wranglings for power during the King's illness.
