REMINDS ME OF:
A Pure Formality (1994) with Gérard Depardieu, Roman Polanski.
MADE ME:
Realize that I really enjoy this type of movie.
PLUS & MINUS:
+Commitment and transformation of main Actor.
+Atmosphere & Slow tempo of unrolling scenes.
-I could imagine that "production restrictions" tampered with what they wanted in efforts to lead the film to go. But they knew too well how to deal with it, if ever that is what happened.

"With your better half" 3/5.
"Keep thinking about it for days.." 5/5.
