I thought that this was an entertaining enough drama and nothing more. It wasn't one of those where you have to think about the hidden meaning. You just had to watch it to see what happened at the end.
It was a little predictable and reminded me very much in style and writing to The Woodsman (2004). I think that this kind of thing would appeal to women more than men. It was about people rather than situations.
I personally would have liked some more horror or thriller elements to the story or if it had any edge of interest that left you thinking and pondering meaning.
