Review of The Lovely Bones (2009) by Bugi P — 21 Feb 2012
Cinematography play is brilliant. Afterlife vision is very stunning concept. The Lovely Bones is sometimes great but sometimes poor. The critics has proved it. It's a risky film to produced actually, if Peter Jackson made a mysterious plot, I think the result would be bland. In fact, Jackson keeps the book's original storyline, with narrative and honest plot, yes, that's the main problem, it needs a great screenplay. I considered 3 stars divided to :
1. Dazzling Cinematography.
2. Peter Jackson out of track bravery.
3. The beautifully Saoirse Ronan, I loved her so much.
