Review of The Lovely Bones (2009) by Dylan Y — 14 Apr 2012
I just read the Lovely Bones and I was exited to watch the movie because the book is great and the movie is directed by Peter Jackson. I watched it and I was extremely dissapointed. First of all Saoirse Ronan and Susan Sarandon are highly annoying.
Their voices and their acting. Jackson left out the 3 greatest parts in the book. When Susie dances with her grandpa in heaven, Samuel proposes to lindsey in the old abandoned house while it down poors, and when Len gives Susie's father the charm.
They left out alot of great things that were in the book. Lets hope he doesnt fail with highly anticipated The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
