These reviews are really pissing me off. It's painfully obvious you idiots have never read the book. This is actually one of the few movies that follows the book so closely it's actually quite amazing.
There were of course some things that they deviates from but for the most part they stuck to it. The CGI was surprisingly decent especially since CGI has developed into something to be dreaded. Before casting judgment on this movie I suggest you actually read the book.
