Review of The Lost World (1925) by Filmgrinder S — 16 Jun 2010
The first six minutes are abit tedious but once the group leaves England the film picks up as they come upon dangerous creatures of the jungle, you know, leopards, pythons, dwarf bears, sloths, and the such.
Then they run into the scary clay dinosaurs! I'm sure back in 1925 this film dazzled its audience to death, but today LOST WORLD just seems like a history lesson of what cinema use to be. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's book was by far better.
