Review of The Lost Weekend (1945) by Jason P — 12 Aug 2007
Proves that Billy Wilder was a master. Shocking at the time for it's frank portrayal of alcoholism, it still has a clever script that doesn't reduce any of the characters to plot devices. Ray Milland is excellent in it.
