A film so badly edited that the guts seem to have been torn out of it. What could have been a glorious Amazonian trudge has become something of an anodyne adventure. However there's still much to enjoy not the least of which is the acting and some of the glorious settings.
Sadly too much time is spent at home and not enough in the jungle where there is a really good story to tell. That having been said it's still a gripping adventure yarn.
