A piece of 80's gold filled with great characters and a genuinely fun spirit..
Its hard to believe that Schumacher has not been a consistent diector, as films like this show the promise and talent that he once had. The story is light and fun and the questionable wardrobe choices make this a true product of the 80's.
The cast is on top form with the 2 Corey's and Newlander bringing the chuckles and an early role for Jack Bauer himself playing a Morrison worshipping Vamp. The dialogue is filled with jokes and whilst the intent of the film prevents it from being a proper scary film, the end assault on the house is actually pretty gripping and well played out.
One of those flicks that has stood the test of time, I always enjoy revisiting this very cool little tale....
