Rob Zombie really knows how to master a satanic atmosphere and not have it come across totally pretentious and cheesy. With extremely disturbing and creepy atmosphere and some phenomenally scary character design, 'Lords of Salem' excels in the genre of satanic witchcraft horror.
While it's short on plot at times and comes across as very arthouse, it's a feast for the eyes and ears that you won't forget.
