I thought the movie was amazing. It had cool graphics, awesome characters and cast and immersed me into an old, rustic world. Jackson had created an amazing visual representation of the book and even added some of his own twists.
Even though he took some characters and important points of the plot he really followed the book and kept mostly everything as Tolkein described it. Overall, it is an amazing film and I recommend watching it.
