Review of The Lorax (2012) by Criticfer — 23 Jul 2016
The Lorax it isn't worst then The Cat in the Hat, but it has some things they couldn't do in the movie. Like the songs are really generic and boring, the other characters like Ted, the granny or the villain they not much interesting, and the message they try to put is really wrong.
But, ¿Is the movie 100% wrong? No. The animation is nice, some jokes are funny, the voices of The Lorax and The Once Lear are really good, the ending when the Lorax come back is kind cute and when is the movie for the book is good, but when it isn't of the book is generic, and almost all the movie is not for the main character, the Lorax.
¿Is the worst Illumination movie ever? Not exactly, although that position still has it Hop, but yes, is generic and sometimes boring. The kids probably will enjoy it, the adults I don't know.
