Review of The Lookout (2007) by Private U — 05 Sep 2008
This was such an excellent throwback to '80s and '90s indies (tight, heartfelt script filmed with great actors, wise shot choice, and minimal funding) until the last 30 seconds, which threw off the movie's fantastic nihilism.
sigh. still, it confirms my belief that joseph gordon-levitt is the finest young actor working today. I love you, joseph. call me.
