Review of The Lookout (2007) by Seth R — 11 Nov 2008
This movie got crazy reviews, and while it is a solid film, it would not be a stretch to call it overhyped. There are some really great elements to the movie, but at times it seems to get lost in trying to fully identify the motives of the characters.
The strongest point of the movie is its fresh feel and willingness to incorporate some unique plot elements. I would recommend this to just about anyone, but with an appropriate level of praise.
