Review of The Long Riders (1980) by Brent M — 24 Feb 2008
There are much better westerns out there.. I was excited to see a movie about Jesse James, but sadly this one is not up to par. The acting is not believable, and some of the actors are out of place in a western.
This follows the story of the James-Younger gang, and the assassination by Robert Ford. This has the feeling of one of those made for TV movies, and this one probably won't be remembered long after you watch it.
