Review of The Long, Long Trailer (1954) by Brett B — 30 May 2012
An extremely lightweight vehicle (pardon the pun) for Ball and Arnaz, playing thinly-veiled variations on their "I Love Lucy" counterparts. Director Minnelli stages some inventive sequences, but the final result feels entirely inconsequential, even by 1950's comedy standards.
Not bad, but mostly forgettable.
