Review of The Long Goodbye (1973) by Jeffrey M — 09 Mar 2008
Very nice. I love the way Altman directs, like your're just passing through the action as it happens around you. Slow burn with a great ending, but not one of the bext Noir's ever made...I do like the idea of Marlowe in the 70s, though.
I'd be interested in seeing Chandler's character and stories completely modernized.
