Review of The Long Goodbye (1973) by Philip G — 11 Jul 2008
One of my favorites. Altman's re-invention of noir and the Marlowe character is simply inspiring. The cinematography is a revelation as well, such as the scene in which Marlowe walks the beach and is projected on the Wade's plate-glass window.
Love it!
