The best British gangster movie of all time. Bob Hoskins is brilliant in this as Harold Shand, and as other reviewers have said, the final shot of him realising what has happened and what it will mean is one of the finest in all of film.
A true classic which doesn't deserve to have its named soiled by a crap American remake.
