Review of The Long Good Friday (1980) by Christopher S — 06 May 2009
One of the finest British films ever made. A great look at the late seventies underworld of London. Hoskins is on top form, and with the exception of Mirren who is surprisingly wooden, the rest of the cast are outstanding.
Filled with numerous great scenes and tons of marvelous dialougue, this is a must see. Great soundtrack too!! See it NOW!!!
