Review of The Long Good Friday (1980) by Joseph B — 17 Apr 2016
Some of the best acting Britain has to offer, some like Alan Ford only having a bit part, topped with interesting camera work, a strong score, and a solid script. Somehow though the movie drags its feet and feels somehow unfinished.
Maybe its because Bob Hoskin's cockney accent is so thick it would take a college course in order to begin to understand what he's saying.
