Review of The Lobster (2015) by John S — 13 Aug 2016
This is an interesting movie about a metaphor of what is love in the actual society, presenting us a dystopia where the people that don't fall in love will become in animals. The problem with this movie is that it tries too hard to be a different movie falling in strangers and uncomfortable places for the audiences.
Talking about the performances I think that Colin Farrell and Lea Seydoux did an excellent job, but the rest of the cast didn't do the same. As a conclusion, this a movie that divide the audiences some people love it and some hate it, but is your job to decide, so go and see this movie and that's the way you can choose if you like or not this strange movie.
