Timothy Dalton is a James Bond, just like one of us. I think, I like him best, as Bond. I remember the soundtrack 'If you want me to', from a James Bond movie, in which he acted. This movie, is by far the best Bond movie.
It is like David Lean wanted humour in beautiful landscapes, frames and basically, humour in general in a Bond movie. The movie, where Celine Dion sang ' If you want me to', seemed a movie, where Bond was doomed.
I think it was Casino Royale, perhaps. The director had an idea about the Soviets in Afghanistan. When I saw horsemen with bazookas, it seemed the Afghan horsemen were going to use them on horses, apparently, but they used them on military vehicles.
The Soviets in the movie, saw themselves as perhaps did the British, during the times of Skinner's Horse, when they invaded Afghanistan. Anyways, the movie is a collectors edition, perhaps on DVD.
The Bond 'girl' seems to trip Bond being in his way. The Afghan's looked at the Bond 'girl' as they did themselves, and Bond. She seemed to be a combatant, being in the situation they all shared.
