Review of The Little Prince (2015) by Anatoly S — 04 Aug 2016

This is a good modern animated film, very similar to Up, but as an adaptation this was disappointing. The actual adaptation is, although beautifully done, is only about 10% of the film, *and* it's abridged.

The wrap around material, although tries really hard to expand TLP in its final act, is so unsubtle and heavy handed, it becomes a total opposite of the source material. I really don't know how to feel about this film overall.
