I didn't realize you could have a dumpster fire underwater but gosh they managed to pull it off. It sure was worth adding over an hour of screen time to the animated version for all the complete nonsense they added.
The CGI creatures are nightmare fuel. Eric exists only to be fat and stupid and get girlbossed around. What a complete trash heap.
