Growing up, The Little Mermaid was my favorite Disney movie. Day in and day out, I would live, breathe, eat (I had Little Mermaid plates and bowls) on, and sleep The Little Mermaid. My bedroom was hot pink with an Ariel Border and comforter.
I was a bamf if you ask me. As far as the movie goes, I always liked how it was someone that didn't belong not giving up when trying to put herself where she does belong/wants to belong. I love the music.
It has been over 8 years since I have seen this movie and I still knew most of the words to the songs. I hope that whenever I have kids of my own, that they will grow up loving a movie as much as I loved The Little Mermaid.
Also, I really want hair like Ariel's. It's so awesome (yes, I am aware that it's a cartoon but I don't care hmu with some hair salons).
