Review of The Lion King (1994) by Jordan T — 25 Apr 2014
The Lion King is, not only my favorite Disney movie, but my favorite movie of all time. This film has everything in it at perfection. The plot is a strong coming-of age-story with lots of emotion, action, and moments of wisdom.
The characters are unforgettable, strong, and likable with amazing voice actors. The songs are powerful, fun, and intense. And ancompanying all of this is a wonderful background score, as well as some of Disney's best (if not THE best) hand drawn animation.
It's near impossible for a diehard Disney fan not to have seen this film.
