The first and most-impactful movie of my childhood. Holding it dear to my heart, nothing comes close to this. The Lion King is my personal favorite film of all time. It is everything I love about cinema.
It pulls my heartstrings and has a powerful spiritual theme. However, for no particular reason, I have never owned it. It was always something I saw while visiting a friend or family member's home. It is the type of movie you watch on a rare occasion.
Grandiose and empowering.
