Review of The Lion in Winter (1968) by Doug Z — 03 Oct 2007
Both Hepburn and O'Toole really tear it up in this.. Reminded me of King Lear, as well as Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf.. Surprised that they had such excplicit dialogue regarding homosexuality back when it was still more or less the norm to have man and wife sleeping in seperate beds, on the small screen, at least.
