Review of The Lincoln Lawyer (2011) by Helen L — 10 Sep 2012
The movie was pretty good. I was scared the first few minutes of the movie because the camera guy was moving way too much and it was making me dizzy so I missed a lot of the dialogue that happened between Matt M and John L. But it settled down after a bit. The story was really good, somewhat predictable though. It's about a lawyer (Matt M) who takes a case about a guy (Ryan P - guy who was married to Reese Witherspoon) who is being charged with harming a prostitute. He's adamant he didn't do it... and the prostitute says he did... so who's right? It's Matt M's job to find out! William Macy is in it - whom I really like and Marisa Tomei is in it as well...
The movie is a bit long (2 hrs) but it is worth seeing... it wouldn't hurt to wait for it on netflix though.
