Review of The Life Before Her Eyes (2007) by Tommy M — 06 Sep 2008
I thought this movie was quite good. I thought the character development was put together well along with how they told the story. The story and everything in this movie is very deep and it makes you have to think.
However they left a lot to you noticing small things here and there and having your own assumptions and for most people you wont catch half of the stuff if you arnt really paying attention the first time around.
Because of this it has one of those wtf just happend endings that made you all confused on what you just watched, however if you actually catch what the ending should have been then it's really good.
If those were more clearified then I think I would have given this movie 4 and half stars. Because the acting from Evan Rachel Wood is amazing like seriously I think I love her. Uma Thurman also did a great job.
This is one of her best performences. Also the symbolism in this movie is huge and some of the dialog in it just really makes it powerful. So all in all I recommend you watching this movie. The best i've seen in a while.
