Review of The Life Before Her Eyes (2007) by N H — 21 Sep 2008

An alright movie with a lousy ending. I hate twist endings like this one because they seem so unnecessary. The only reason for them is to surprise the audience. I had a hint of where the movie was heading while the movie progressed as it switched between flashbacks and so-called present day scenes.

Evan Rachel Wood doesn't look anything like Uma Thurman even though they are playing the same character at different ages. The acting, cinematography and direction were very good.
