Review of The Librarian: Return to King Solomon's Mines (2006) by Craig R — 12 Mar 2008
The original was great, but how about the sequel? Not quite as good - how many sequels really are, but still campy goodness. The special effects were a little overboard - Frakes (yup - Riker directs) tried to make too much out of too little, and he could have accomplished way more with a lot less.
The Cryptic Mason stuff was good for a giggle - as one, I was amused at the way they were portrayed. Still, it wasn't terrible or offensive, so I was able to enjoy it.
Still, campy fun. Eagerly awaiting #3 later this year.
