Decent follow-up to the first "Librarian" TV-movie, this isn't as good, but still a fairly fun fantasy/adventure flick if you are in the mood for one. Most of the cast returns, though the love interest has changed.
If you want a light, comical, and fun adventure movie, you could do far worse.
