Review of The Libertine (2004) by Kevin E — 16 Jan 2013

This was quite a good film set in the 16th century and it had a good cast. Notably johnny depp, he was really good in this but what film has he been in that was crap. It had quite a good storyline. Even though it wasn't a bad film it did have it's boring parts.

Not really one I would buy and not one of depp's best films to be in but as I said his acting was superb yet again. This film is not really my cup of tea but some may like it. This is one of those films that if it comes on TV you might watch it.

Overall not too bad but if you took out depp's acting would only be a 2 star.
