Amazing performances by all the characters. Even the supporting characters had intelligent lines. The Letter is a great mystery melodrama but apparently it's not that popular today. William Wyler's adaptation of the play is perfect.
Especially the sets and lighting are quite remarkable. Also,this film made me like Bette Davis.
