As huge fans of the series, the movie lacked the personalities of the characters we cherish. Aside from the TV series bias, the movie could have had a bigger impact with the message. Perhaps utilizing all the characters to achieve this.
Our son is the biggest Ninjago fan and even he left the movie slightly disappointed. LEGO you are better than this!
