Lego Batman is a fun follow up to The Lego Movie that respects and knows it's property. Lego Batman is silly without being strange or crossing over into absurdity. The voice acting is great, Will Arnett, Michael Cera, and Zach Galifianakis play their roles perfectly.
They are funny but surprisingly believable, and Chris Mackay directs this movie beautifully by making a family film that everyone can enjoy. The Lego Batman works as not only a funny riff on the batman character, but also as a great action/comedy on it's own terms.
