Quite possibly my favorite Batman film, LEGO Batman combines the amazing stop-motion animation and punchy humor of the first LEGO Movie with my favorite superhero, a character with an incredible history and wealth of material to draw on.
A stellar voice cast, a ton of references to the comics, and a surprisingly poignant take on the relationship between Batman and the Joker, and more so, the importance of having people you can rely on in your life.
A great film for all ages.
