Review of The Legend of Zorro (2005) by Luke S — 26 Jun 2012
Yeah, there's some convenient storytelling and standard fare characters, but there is some great storytelling too and excellent moral lessons revolving around family (specifically marriage challenges and parenting obligations), truth, dedication to one's vocation, accepting there are limits to one's abilities, and pride in defending the United States.
The train fight sequence is a ton of fun, the duels are well-done, and the times that Zorro and Elena are on-screen together sizzle.
