Review of The Legend of Tarzan (2016) by Rebecca31 — 09 Jul 2016
You would think a Tarzan remake directed by David Yates, starring Alexander Skarsgård, Margot Robbie, and Christoph Waltz would be good or at the very least entertaining. Instead why not subject yourself to the longest hour and 50 minutes of what can only be described as torture.
This is by far one of the worst movies of 2016, nothing remotely good about it. Amongst the endless mess of CGI there is a story that is constantly being interrupted by a pointless flashback attempting to add depth to its characters and failing miserably.
I couldn't wait for this to be over. Not recommended, even a shirtless Skarsgård is not enough to pay money for this rubbish.
