Based on the novel of the same name by Richard Matheson, this fore runner to "Law & Order" witht eh chime and the time posted upon the screenid a very good, "Things go bumb in the night" horror movie.
This could be, Roddy McDowall's best performance since "How Green Was My Valley.".
