Review of The League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse (2005) by Elisa L — 07 Nov 2007

Not to be confused with the Sean Connery movie, this is the film version of the disturbing, British comedy show. I can't say it was a completely successful transition and logic was definitely taking a 90 minute cigarette break.

But it was kind of great to see the 4th wall being broken and to see a character like Papa Lazarou interact with Edward and Tubbs. It's a fun film for those who've watched the series and wish to be a League of Gentlemen complete-ist.
