Review of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) by Hannah M — 17 Aug 2012

I actually really like this movie - I have done ever since it came out. Finding out that the rest of the world hate it came as a bit of a shock to me!! It's cheesy and fun, the plot is a little foggy and yes, it's not the among the best films ever made but it makes me happy to see all those classic characters sharing screen time.

I admit I didn't know it was a comic, at least not at the forefront of my mind, so maybe that's why people have so many bad things to say. Anyway, it's a good bit of fun and I can think of far worse fantasy/action films to spend an evening with.
