Review of The Lawnmower Man (1992) by Niklas S — 15 Sep 2009
Cyberspace in this movie is a mix of flying jellybeans or just a LSD trip gone wrong. The thing that bothers the most in this movie is the look they decided to give Jeff Fahey's character. I think they tried to make him look somewhat like Lenny from "Mice and Men".
Instead they overdid it and made him look cartoony. The wild hair and the clothes are just too much. He's capable actor he could have played a slow adult without the help of the wardrobe apartment.
Alright, enough said about that. I still think that this is a great Stephen King adaptation and Pierce Brosnan shows that he was ment for bigger and better things. A classic sci-fi.
