Takes it cue from Fessenden's previous film Wendigo and shifts the action to the frozen Arctic. Inevitably bears comparison to John Carpenter's The Thing, and is tonally similar, but the threat is of a totally different kind here.
.. delivers some effective chills on a limited budget and it's always good to see Ron Perlman toplining a film.
