Review of The Last Winter (2006) by Michael C — 27 Oct 2007
As a film, Fessenden has mastered the art of low-budget artistry. This film looks gorgeous. As a companion piece to his last film, WENDIGO, this film explores the potentially horrific premise that the earth is striking back at humanity through the spirit world.
.. in this case because of the damage wreaked on the environment. Lacks the strong character development of WENDIGO, but lots of great moments of suspense and unease.
