A movie with a similar story to the thing, except that its long and boring and doesn't have a cool creature (the things at the end are meant to be some sort of spirit and get about 1 min of screen time in the whole movie).
Far too much eco-babble in it for me too. Still it has Ron Perlman in it so it gets a bonus point!
