Review of The Last Wave (1977) by James H — 05 Mar 2007
6.5/10. Eeerie, atmospheric and compelling, very stylishly directed by Peter Weir. Unusual and well made. Richard Chamberlain is curiously miscast and am not sure why of all the great Australian actors available at the time he was chosen.
The role is beyond his acting range. Still, a fascinating film.
